Ingredienti per 4 persone:
4 fillets of steak of about 80 gr.
each 1/4 lt. of vintage Chianti wine
Salt
Pepper
Worcester Sauce
Butter
Ricetta:
When the sauce is nice and thick, place the steaks on the serving dishes and pour the sauce on top. Serve hot.
