Ingredienti per 6 persone:
For the pancakes:
3 eggs
200 gr. of flour
1/4 lt. of milk
1 pinch of salt
oil as required.

For the filling:
1/2 kg. baby marrows
200 gr. of walnuts
4 anchovy fillets
1 handful of capers
oil as required
1 or 2 bunches of chevil
salt and pepper to taste.


Ricetta:
 Baby marrow pancakes with walnut sauce Prepare and cook the pancakes. Cut the baby marrows into thin slices, add salt and cook in the butter. Prepare 6 small (10-12 cm. in diameter) baking dishes.
Line the bottom of each dish with a pancake. Arrange the baby marrows on top and cover with another pancake. Make the sauce with well crushed walnuts, the anchovies, well washed and filleted, the chervil and capers with oil.
Spread out the pancakes. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and serve nice and hot.
