Ingredienti per 4 persone:
1,200 Kg. fillet of steak
60gr. basil
1 dl. Anghelu Rujio
60 gr. butter
60 gr. fresh breadcrumbs
1 dl. steak juices
Mixed seasonal legumes to taste
Salt and pepper
Ricetta:
Quick fry the fillet steak, remove from heat and place the basil medallion on top. Place for a short time under the grill until golden. Quick-fry the seasonal legumes with clarified butter.
Note:
Arrange the seasonal legumes and the steak fillet on a serving dish and season with the sauce.
