The menu, beautifully cooked by the Japanese chef and proprietor, includes delicious fresh seafood dishes, plus the antipasto specialties of the house, local soups like Ribollita (vegetable bread soup) or Pappa al Pomodoro (tomato bread soup), and pastas, tripe dishes, the traditional peposo (meat and pepper stew), and the restaurant’s famous Ossobuco or marrowbone stew (Brunelleschi’s favourite), all served with its own special selections of wine.
