| Dine with a view at Ristorante Aurora in Fiesole, next door to Hotel Villa Aurora. The vast menu is based on the best of the traditional Tuscan dishes - grilled steaks, cannelloni Florentine style, pappa al pomodoro (tomato bread soup), rosemary-flavoured cannellini beans - accompanied by seasonal dishes, cleverly interpreted by the Chef.
Over 100 wines, many famous throughout the world, make up the excellent wine list, with a clear prevalence of Tuscans.
It is a gastronomic experience of quality, with “wonderful cooking that absolutely must not be missed”, as stated in the Michelin Guidebook.
From May onwards it is possible to dine on the large terrace, edged with trees and climbing plants, that gives onto a unique view embracing the whole of Florence.
This enchanting atmosphere is further enhanced by the courtesy and efficiency of the English, Spanish and Japanese speaking staff. As Ristorante Aurora can seat 90 inside the structure and 100 on the terrace, it is perfect for working luncheons and dinners.
